Terms of use
Kinlingua is a free planning tool for parents raising children in more than one language. By using it you agree to these terms.
Last updated 18 October 2026
Who it's for
Kinlingua is for adults: parents, caregivers and relatives. Children don't use it. You can use every tool without an account.
Information, not medical advice
Plans, guides and audits are educational. They draw on published research and books, and say where the evidence is limited. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for a pediatrician, speech-language therapist or other professional. If you are worried about your child's speech or development, talk to one.
Your data and backups
What you enter is stored in your browser on your device (see the privacy page). You are responsible for keeping backup files if you want them. Kinlingua cannot recover data that was deleted from your browser or device.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, including the founding-family signup. Don't add other people's contact details unless they're fine with it.
Free tools and future plans
The tools are free and there are no payments today. The pricing page shows planned prices; nobody is charged by joining the founding-family list. If paid plans open, they will come with their own terms, shown before you pay. The plan generator, daily check-in and family audit stay free.
As is
Kinlingua is provided as it is, and it may change, have errors, or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Kinlingua is not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. If they change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: hola@kinlingua.com.
